Attached to the Event page dated 20 October of the same name is: (1) a copy of the document which will form the basis of the Conservative Party submission to the Boundary Commission in the Eastern Region; and (2) a copy of the Eastern Region Handout which has details of the Public Hearings in our Region and how to make representations. It is important we get as many representations as possible in support of our position.  We need to do this as much if we support the Commission’s proposals as if we are making changes to them. It is very easy to respond to the Commission. The closing date for representations is 5th December 2011. Please help us ensure we get the maximum number of representations in support of our position. These can include: In respect of the public hearings, the Eastern Region are coordinating our Party's representations and will be present at each of the public hearings in our Region. Please let James Watson (DCP, NEBCA) know if you plan to be present. It would also be helpful if you could forward copies of any written submissions which you make to James on jwfwatson@hotmail.com
